Guide

How Creator Rapid actually works.

The short version of what's in the app's own built-in guide — real behavior, not marketing copy.

Picking your sound

Genre is the only required choice. Everything else refines it.

Mic input

Record a short melody and Creator Rapid will try to build the track around it — sits above everything else on the real screen since it's optional and separate from the descriptors below. Most tracks are made from descriptors alone.

Genre

The single strongest lever on how your track sounds. Pick only a genre and that's enough to generate a track — smart defaults fill in the rest.

Region

Nudges the track toward a specific scene's sound — Atlanta, London, Lagos, and more — looked up together with genre and era, not as a flat tag.

Tempo

Slow, Mid, Fast, or Very Fast. Leave it unset and the genre picks a sensible default.

Details

A free-form field for anything the structured descriptors don't cover — a texture, an instrument, a vibe in your own words.

Era

Nudges the track toward a decade's production style — the '90s sound different depending on the region too, not just the year.

Instruments

Pick specific instruments to feature. Leave it unset and the genre's defaults fill in concrete instrumentation for you.

Mood

Pick an emotional feel for the track. Leave it unset and the genre picks a sensible default.

Duration

Up to 30 seconds — MusicGen's reliable ceiling for a single generation. Every track is a clip, not a full song.

Your TrackVault

Every track you save lives here, with tools built around keeping and reusing it.

Save & replay

Saved tracks stay in your TrackVault — play, loop, rename, or export any of them anytime.

Seamless Loop

Finds the track's true start and end — the exact points the sound begins and fades, not just 0 seconds to the raw file length — so repeats don't click or pop at the seam.

Cut

Mark a start and end point during playback and save that range as its own clip — good for pulling just the best few seconds out of a longer track.

Regenerate

Takes a saved track's descriptors back to Create for a new take on the same prompt. It's a new generation, not the same audio reproduced — your original stays untouched in your Vault either way.

Cover art

Every track gets AI-generated cover art alongside the audio.

Describe it, or don't

Describe what you want the art to look like, or leave it blank and it's inferred from your other descriptors instead.

Pick a style, or try another

Choose from a range of visual styles, each with a live sample so you know what you're getting before you commit. Didn't land right? Regenerating is free the first few times on a track, then a credit unlocks a fresh batch of more.

Creator Radio

Background listening, any time — a shuffle queue of tracks other creators have shared, or your own.

Community or My Vault

Switch between a shuffle of community-submitted tracks or your own saved vault, right from the Radio panel — see each track's title, creator, and the descriptors used to make it.

Follows you around

Starts automatically to fill a generation's wait time and stops when that's done, or start it yourself from Home, Track Detail, or Create — once you start it on purpose, it keeps playing across the app until you stop it.
